Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, credits, tokens, and digital oracle services are handled by Seven Luminaries Oracle.
Digital Service Policy
Seven Luminaries Oracle provides digital credits, tokens, memberships, subscriptions, and AI-generated readings. Because readings are generated and delivered immediately after use, consumed credits or tokens are generally non-refundable.
A credit or token is considered consumed once a reading request has been successfully submitted and processed.
Refunds for Unused Credits
If you purchased credits or tokens and have not used them, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@qiyao.app.
Refund approval may require account verification, payment verification, and confirmation that the credits or tokens were not consumed.
Subscriptions and Memberships
If subscriptions or memberships are offered, you may cancel future renewals at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or stated in a specific offer.
Duplicate Charges and Technical Failures
Duplicate charges, accidental repeated payments, or payments where credits were not delivered may be refunded or corrected after verification.
If a technical failure prevents access to a paid reading and the credit was still deducted, we may restore the credit, regenerate the reading, or issue a refund depending on the situation.
Non-Refundable Situations
We generally do not refund completed readings, dissatisfaction with an AI-generated interpretation, used credits, abusive accounts, fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
Promotional credits, free credits, test credits, and manually granted credits may have no cash value and are not refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@qiyao.app with the subject Refund Request. Include your account username, payment email, order ID if available, purchase date, amount, and reason for the request.
We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable time. Final processing time may depend on the payment provider and banking network.
Payment Provider Rules
If a purchase is processed by Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Paddle, PayPal, Apple, Google, or another payment provider, their own refund windows, fees, taxes, currency conversion rules, and dispute processes may also apply.
